1. Introduction

This promotional giveaway (“the Giveaway”) is offered by LeapCon Media to customers who purchase qualifying digital products on leapconmedia.com. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years or older worldwide.

  • Employees, contractors, or affiliates of LeapCon Media are not eligible to win.

  • Entrants must provide a valid email address at purchase.

3. How to Enter

  • To qualify, you must purchase the 5 eBook Bundle from our website.

  • Each valid purchase equals one entry.

  • No separate registration or additional fee is required to enter.

  • No free or alternative entry method is provided unless required by law in the entrant’s country.

4. Milestone Condition

  • The Giveaway will only be activated once 5,000 valid sales of the 5 eBook Bundle have been completed.

  • If the milestone is not reached, no prize will be awarded, and the Giveaway may be extended or cancelled at the promoter’s discretion.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will be selected.

  • R25 000 (ZAR Currency)

  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for additional cash alternatives.

6. Winner Selection

  • Once the 5,000-sale milestone is reached, a random draw will be conducted from all qualifying entries.

  • The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner will be selected.

  • The name or alias of the winner may be published (with consent).

7. General Conditions

  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

  • The promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or undelivered digital products or emails.

  • All decisions regarding the draw and prize are final and not open to dispute.

  • The giveaway is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or any other platform.

8. Recordkeeping & Compliance

  • This promotion complies with Section 36–41 of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

  • LeapCon Media will retain all necessary entry and draw records for a period of 3 years.
